Detailed Job Description below:
Duties and Responsibilities are as follows
- Create storyboards using the design documents and raw materials shared
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Perform reviews of storyboards developed by Junior IDs
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Client-facing experience, especially in international space
- Work with the QA team to ensure bug free product
Desired Skills and Experience
- Freshers with good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Building storyboards in MS Word or MS PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and other similar tools
